Delivery charges
FREE worldwide delivery on all purchases made from our website.

Delivery Address
Please ensure the delivery address is the same as the payment billing address as we cannot deliver to an unknown or third party address. For added security, the tracked item will require a signature at the delivery address, so please make necessary arrangements.

Delivery Insurance
All shipments are fully insured by our secure and reputable courier contractor.

Returns Policy – Stock items
Stock jewellery (except custom-made) must be returned to ASR Gems within 14 days of the delivery receipt. The customer is responsible for the transportation, shipment and delivery of the item and proof of posting is not accepted as proof of receipt. Please make sure the item is returned unused and undamaged in its original packaging. When the item is received by ASR Gems, it will be tested for quality and originality before a refund can be authorised. No refunds will be available for items not received within 14 days.

Returns Policy – Custom-made items
No refund will be available for custom-design jewellery because of the unique and individual nature of the product. However, items can be exchanged for products of the same value from the ready-made ‘Collections’ range on our website, or for a new commissioned item. For an exchange to be granted, you must notify us of your wish to make an exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. We will then arrange our courier contractor to collect the item from you. Please make sure the item is returned unused and undamaged in its original packaging. Poorly packaged items may damage the product and any damaged items will not be eligible for an exchange. When the item is received by ASR Gems, it will be tested for quality and originality before an exchange can be authorised.

Returns Policy – Engraved items
Due to the permanent nature of engraved items, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

Returns Authorisation Number
You must obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) from us before returning your item and this number must be quoted on all correspondence. Please contact us by email care@asrgems.com or phone +44 (0)207 183 2977 so we can provide you with a RAN.
