This website is an online shop and information portal for unique, hand-made jewellery created by ASR Gems. We are an industry approved outlet for certified loose gems and custom-design jewellery.

These are the terms and conditions that apply for our online shopping in the United Kingdom and Worldwide.

Product Availability
If you are interested in a product which is currently showing as ‘out-of-stock’ on our website please contact us or use our help tool [follow this link] so that we can let you know when we have availability. Regrettably, some products can sell faster than the website can be updated. If this happens, we will get in touch with you to help you choose an alternative item.

Product Currency
All costs, charges and prices on this website are in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Product Accuracy
We make all reasonable efforts to maintain an up-to-date and accurate website and on-line website catalogue, however you absolve us of any liability due to unforeseen inaccuracies, or the consequences thereof, contained within. We reserve the right, and will endeavour, to correct any and all errors when they do occur or when we have been notified. If a product’s listed price is lower than the real-time price, we have the right to either contact you for your approval to proceed at the higher price or will invite you to cancel the order. Prices shown on the website do not constitute a contractual price and are subject to final confirmation by ASR Gems.

Certificate of Authenticity
All our Diamonds and Gemstones come with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Hallmarks
All precious metals have the correct and appropriate hallmark stamp in place.

Payment of Deposit and Balance
Once you have explained what you would like designed and we have clarified our understanding of this, prior to starting the physical creation of your item, we require a deposit of 50% of the agreed purchase price. The balance is payable when the item is complete and ready for delivery.

Cross-border and Import regulations
When ordering from ASR Gems, the recipient is the importer of goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Prior to delivery to the recipient, the shipment may be subject to Custom’s fees, Import Duties, Federal and Local Taxes, and other charges made by the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and ASR Gems are not responsible for such demands.

Value Added Tax (VAT)
All prices quoted in this website show the purchase price to include VAT. For those who qualify for VAT, we shall notify you of the VAT element of the purchase price in your invoice.

Payment Methods

Delivery Charges
FREE worldwide delivery on all purchases made through our website.

Delivery Insurance
All shipments are fully insured by our secure and reputable courier contractor.

Delivery Address
Please ensure the delivery address is the same as the payment billing address as we cannot delivery to an unknown or third party address. For added security, the tracked item will require a signature at the delivery address, so please make necessary arrangements.

Returns Policy – Stock items
Stock jewellery (except custom-made) must be returned to ASR Gems within 14 days of the delivery receipt. The customer is responsible for the transportation, shipment and delivery of the item and proof of posting is not accepted as proof of receipt. Please make sure the item is returned unused and undamaged in its original packaging. When the item is received by ASR Gems, it will be tested for quality and originality before a refund can be authorised. No refunds will be available for items not returned within 14 days.

Returns Policy – Custom-made items
No refund will be available for custom-design jewellery because of the unique and individual nature of the product. However, items can be exchanged for products of the same value from the ready-made ‘Collections’ range on our website, or for a new commissioned item. For an exchange to be granted, you must notify us of your wish to make an exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. We will then arrange our courier contractor to collect the item from you. Please make sure the item is returned unused and undamaged in its original packaging. Poorly packaged items may damage the product and any damaged items will not be eligible for an exchange. When the item is received by ASR Gems, it will be tested for quality and originality before an exchange can be authorised.

Returns Policy – Engraved items
Due to the permanent nature of engraved items, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

Returns Authorisation Number
You must obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) from us before returning your item and this number must be quoted on all correspondence. Please contact us by email care@asrgems.com or phone +44 (0)207 183 2977 so we can provide you with a RAN.
